Business Development Representative

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to identify and pursue new B2B clients — property managers, construction firms, prime contractors, and facility operators — who need licensed guard programs across Ontario. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hamilton with regional travel.

Job responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify outbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
  • Build a healthy pipeline of opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Prepare scopes, proposals, and pricing support with operations leadership
  • Represent DW Security at networking events, trade contexts, and client briefings
  • Collaborate with scheduling and HR when new contracts require rapid mobilisation

Requirements

  • 1–2 years B2B sales or business development experience
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and structured follow-up
  • Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Self-directed work habits and strong written communication
