Ontario (site-based monitoring)DW Security Services
Some clients pair static or mobile guards with on-site monitoring duties. We hire observant, detail-oriented licensees who can watch feeds, document anomalies, and communicate clearly with patrol or police when required.
Job responsibilities
- Monitor camera banks and alarm panels per post orders
- Log suspicious activity, tailgating, and equipment faults
- Dispatch or notify field officers when intervention is needed
- Preserve evidence notes for investigations
- Follow privacy and use-of-CCTV policies at each property
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Strong focus and keyboard/note-taking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts in control-room style settings
- Basic comfort with computers and radio communication
