Job responsibilities
- Control visitor and contractor access to offices and plazas
- Patrol common areas, parkades, and service corridors
- Support fire drills, evacuations, and medical assists as trained
- Monitor alarms and CCTV where included in post orders
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Professional communication with tenants and the public
- Flexibility across days, nights, and weekends
- Prior commercial or institutional experience preferred
