Job responsibilities
- Greet residents, tenants, and visitors with a professional tone
- Manage fobs, visitor sign-in, and contractor registration
- Monitor CCTV and lobby activity for policy breaches
- Handle noise complaints, lockouts, and minor incidents calmly
- Complete daily logs and pass-down notes for property management
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
- Experience in customer-facing or front-desk roles preferred
- Neat appearance suitable for luxury and corporate lobbies
