DW Security Services is currently hiring reliable and professional Construction Security Guards in Hamilton, Ontario. We are looking for individuals who are committed to maintaining site safety, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Job responsibilities
- Control access to the construction site and verify all personnel
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor for suspicious activity
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed daily reports and incident logs
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
- Monitor CCTV and security systems when applicable
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overnight and flexible shifts
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Previous construction site experience is an asset
