Construction Site Security — Ontario

We staff construction compounds throughout Ontario — from Hamilton and the GTA to growth corridors along the 401 and Niagara. Guards protect equipment, materials, and workers through disciplined access control and visible patrol presence.
Job responsibilities
- Verify trades, deliveries, and visitors against site rules
- Patrol fenced zones, laydown yards, and equipment storage areas
- Watch for trespassing, theft, and unsafe behaviour after hours
- Maintain shift logs, incident narratives, and photo evidence when required
- Coordinate with site supers and emergency services when needed
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Comfort working outdoors and in changing weather
- Ability to stand and walk for full shifts
- Strong attention to detail for paperwork and access lists
- Construction or industrial security experience preferred
