We provide licensed event security for venues, corporate gatherings, and high-traffic retail moments in Mississauga and Peel. Guards manage access lines, credential checks, and calm crowd flow.
Job responsibilities
- Staff entrances, perimeter points, and VIP adjacencies as briefed
- Enforce bag checks, wristbands, and capacity rules professionally
- Watch for intoxication, conflicts, and medical needs; escalate appropriately
- Coordinate with venue staff and municipal services during incidents
- Complete end-of-event reports and incident documentation
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing for long periods in busy environments
- Strong teamwork and radio discipline
