DW Security Services is hiring PSISA-licensed Security Guards for assignments across Ontario, including the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding communities. You will represent our brand on client sites while following post orders, company standards, and PSISA expectations for professional conduct.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver static posts, foot patrols, or access control as defined in site-specific post orders
- Complete accurate shift logs, incident notes, and handover communication
- Respond professionally to alarms, disturbances, and first-aid or medical situations within your training
- Support mobile patrol, construction, event, or residential programs as scheduled
- Maintain uniform, punctuality, and positive representation of DW Security on every shift
Requirements
- Valid Ontario security guard licence (PSISA)
- Reliable availability for assigned shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong communication, judgment, and professional conduct on site
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods where the post requires it
