Job responsibilities
- Provide visible presence at entries, high-shrink aisles, and cash areas
- Observe and report suspicious behaviour per client policy
- Document incidents with accuracy for management and police
- Support emergency procedures including medical and evacuation
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Understanding of powers of arrest and trespass basics in Ontario
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Retail or LP experience is an asset
