Residential portfolios need guards who understand access rules, parcel rooms, visitor management, and after-hours noise issues. We hire across the GTA and Hamilton-Niagara for towers, townhome complexes, and phased new development.
Job responsibilities
- Staff front desks, patrol parkades, and amenity areas as assigned
- Enforce corporation rules on guests, contractors, and parking
- Respond to fire panel troubles and elevator entrapments per protocol
- Write clear logs for property managers and security supervisors
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Customer-service mindset with firm boundary-setting
- Availability for rotating shifts including overnights
- Experience in residential or hospitality security is an asset
