Job responsibilities
- Provide visible deterrence, access control, and patrol coverage aligned with post orders
- Document incidents, visitor activity, and shift notes with clear, professional reporting
- Respond calmly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies following company protocols
- Support client safety culture with consistent uniform standards and communication
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (PSISA)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability for assigned shifts including nights and weekends
- Professional appearance and conduct on every site
