We are recruiting PSISA-licensed Security Guards for client sites across Toronto — downtown, midtown, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, and industrial corridors. Roles include lobby and concierge-style coverage, patrol, construction compounds, and event support.
Job responsibilities
- Execute access control, patrol routes, and site-specific post orders
- Monitor for safety risks, unauthorized access, and policy violations
- Complete accurate logs, incident reports, and handover notes
- Coordinate with supervisors and clients during escalations
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Ability to work full-time or part-time across rotating shifts
- Strong customer service mindset for public-facing sites
- Comfort in high-traffic urban and mixed-use environments
